Review on Kallidus Recruit by Chris Hazzard

I really like how you can set up as many jobs or positions as needed, there's nothing complicated about it! The way that they handle time zones is also great and easy to implement with our business needs- perfect!! Nothing at all! It has been flawless so far, no issues whatseover.- Easy access from anywhere- Perfect interface- Great customer support - Very friendly and helpful staff. Kallidus Recruit helps us save time when searching/filtering resumes. We have not seen anything that we do not appreciate so far but any improvements would be well appreciated by me.- Time savings- Excellent user experience since day one. Their team supports us every step of the way, helping answer questions along the way. They're always willing to help out. Kallidus helped create an internal applicant tracking system (ATS). This allowed employees throughout my department full visibility into open positions within their respective field areas. Additionally, this process allows us to quickly assess new applicants' qualifications and fit them into available roles. Most importantly, they are incredibly flexible to work around changing I really like that it's very easy to see who is looking at your jobs and who has applied. It also allows you to send emails directly to applicants. The only thing I dislike about this is the fact that it's not as easy to access applicant information if they have an account with another system. I would highly recommend this product. It makes our hiring process much more efficient. We can easily see who is interested and who has applied for any of our positions.
