The integration of all channels is easy via Monia interface or API calls as well using third party integrations like Zapier etc., It's free for small scale use cases where I can see there will be no extra cost incurred by my team members who are not aware about AI/ML technologies / tools but know how simple this tool could make their work easier than others if they have knowledge related topics. In addition it does provide training support also from them so that we don't need any help even after setting up our first channel (or call center). They should focus more towards educating people rather then charging huge amount just because its an ML solution provider! Automation process has become much simpler now without writing scripts manually & keeping track what needs automation next - everything gets automated automatically within few clicks only!!
