Used as a macro mount - durable and easy to adjust!
I connected it to a Manfrotto mount (Manfrotto 143BKT) which fits perfectly into the posts at the ends of each arm. The arms are easily adjustable with buttons (they're plastic and seem sturdy, but I'd be careful with them) and the arms can be bent and/or twisted to fit almost any need. My camera is mounted on a bracket and an articulated arm holds my LED light so the light can be directed exactly where I want it. Once I'm done, I can unclip the middle hinge and fold my arm in half for storage. As with other Manfrotto equipment, it feels solid and durable!
