I like that it allows me to see how much time was spent in each category of work (client meetings/administrative tasks).
It's easy enough for anyone with basic computer skills to use without needing any training or instruction! The only thing about this program which could be improved upon would have been if there were more options available when creating an invoice - i'd appreciate being able to add multiple categories under one line item rather than having them listed separately as they are now. This software has helped us keep track of our time so we can ensure accurate invoices going forward. We've also used it while doing administrative duties such as sending out reminders regarding upcoming deadlines etc.- all done at no additional cost since we're already using their services through another product.
