There’s a few different things and apps on there that are hard to Understand how to use or work. Customer service is ok but they do take long to get back to you with answers. When it first was hooked up it was glitchy for days then it never happened again but then considered getting a replacement. Not bad for the price but I’m still struggling to get the applications and Bluetooth down. Also the volume regardless when your turn off or on your car is always at 20 so it definitely startles you if you don’t remember it does that. Not sure if it’s just the one I have or not.
