I found them easy to apply by first removing the blue backing (slowly) and then laying it on the furniture. Changing positions was easy (slow again!). Once you like it, flatten it and remove the white backing while holding the arrow tab. You can remove the arrow tabs afterwards, but I still have mine. I was curious if I would like the product. So far, so good. My cat seems to know he's there so she didn't touch him. I found the price really reasonable for so many sheets. The instructions say to remove the white first and then the blue, but either way it works.
