Review on πŸ“š The Ultimate Guide: Dover Kusudama Origami Book - The Pinnacle of Papercraft and Origami Mastery by Heather Shaw

Beautiful Unique Patterns

What I love about this book is the variety of kusudama. A book has geometric and floral elements, while origami books usually focus on one or the other. as thoughtful as the models themselves. The illustrations are simple and understandable, even with more complex designs. (Nothing is more frustrating than going halfway through a module only to find that the instructions don't make any sense.) I also like that while there are models that are easy for a beginner to understand, there are models that are more challenge flexible folders. As for the binder, the best thing about this book for me is that the idea of a module evolves into multiple models that demonstrate the versatility of a concept and its transformation. This concept intrigues me and tries new methods of construction and therefore requires intellectual development beyond what is written on the pages.
