The bracket is designed in such a way that the bracket is attached to the hook with a screw. This poor design makes it unreliable, if you are carrying something light weight it will loosen over time. I found myself tightening it constantly. I put blue thread lock in it to keep it from coming loose, but it would be much better if it only had two screws on the sides holding the bracket on the hook, rather than one screw.
