Review on FEELSO by Matthew Peterson

You Receive What You Pay For

Although FEELSO sells reasonably priced kitchen and home necessities, their goods are the epitome of the saying "you get what you pay for." I have discovered that their goods are of poor quality and are not worth the money as a savvy consumer. Their bath mats, for instance, lack the plush, absorbent feel that one would anticipate and are thin and flimsy. FEELSO's mixing containers were also subpar in my opinion. They were fragile and easily cracked, becoming essentially useless after only a few uses. Additionally, their customer support is at best subpar. I've had to deal with unresponsive customer service representatives who show little to no interest in fixing my problems or responding to my inquiries. It appears as though FEELSO doesn't care about or respect their customers' opinions or feedback. In general, I would advise against making purchases at FEELSO. Even though they offer tempting prices, their goods' poor quality and poor customer care make it a waste of your time and money. Instead, spend your money on top-notch goods from reliable companies that will last you for many years.
