MAS-70092 Flaring Tool Kit is a high quality tool. No country of origin is specified, but fit, finish, material, and fitness for purpose are US standards. Materials - hardened and polished tool steel. Flare halves are properly aligned and drilled/chamfered correctly and accurately. The injection cone is very strong and locks with a quarter turn. The flare holds the pipe and prevents slipping. Double lap flare adapters are very strong and properly machined with concentric shanks and heads. Each flash looks great and seals perfectly. The pipe cutter is very well made and chrome-plated. All in all, this is a great tube flare set.
