Review on AirCloud CAB-020 Magestic 14-Inch High Inflatable Blue Air Bed: Twin Size Comfort with Powerful AC Motor Pump by Christine Dillard

I bought this air mattress in July knowing we were going on a trip to Tennessee in September. I never took the mattress out of the box before our trip, I inflated the mattress with no problem, I left the room and when I came back the air mattress was deflated. I found that the bracket that was actually on the bed where you placed the pump was broken. I emailed the company twice and never got a response from them. I think it will be a great mattress. Of course I cannot return the mattress, I just wanted to know if there is a possibility to replace this part. Honestly I'm really considering buying another one and hope this one isn't broken.
