Easy to integrate and very effective product as it gets the job done!
It has been very easy to integrate it into our system using API's.
The product itself works as expected but I would like some more customization options at times when we need them in real time situations (we have integrated this software across multiple locations). This could be solved by having an option where you can create your own customizations from scratch which will help us do that without any issues later downthe line! We use their services mainly because they provide support 24/7 unlike other companies who offer similar products only during office hours etc., so there isn't much else i dislike about shake speakerese since its pretty simple yet powerful tool overall! Its one stop solution if anyone looking out solutions regarding content creation & data entry / extraction tasks alongwith workflow analysis needs then go ahead!!

- I would love to have a customizable tool for the work we do at the moment, however it's not available
