Multiple Scratches and Dents
I bought this set of 2 to make something for my dad and stepdad for Christmas. Both have a dent and the back is covered in scratches. And the scratches aren't just superficial scratches, they're deep. It's too late now to back-order and do what needs to be done for Christmas. Therefore, my parents' Christmas presents will look used and cheap. And again very disappointed.
