You only have to use it once a week!
I usually wash my hair with tea tree shampoo every other day, but I use it once a week. Before use (when I was only using shampoo) my hair was dry and brittle. This product has made my hair smoother and shinier. Since then I've tried other conditioners but still come back to this one.
