I usually wash my hair with tea tree shampoo every other day, but I use it once a week. Before use (when I was only using shampoo) my hair was dry and brittle. This product has made my hair smoother and shinier. Since then I've tried other conditioners but still come back to this one.

I have coarse, thick hair and my hair is usually dry even after using conditioner. My hairstylist recommended this brand when I got extensions and I always get compliments on how soft and full my hair looks. I've recently started using it again and love it. It's worth the price and lasts a long time. I use a small amount and leave it on my hair for 10 minutes before rinsing to soften my hair.

This product arrived in the box but the container is only 2/3 full and has no seal! Similar story with shampoo! Came with the lid open with no plastic bag. I used a sample of this from my stylist and loved the product, but now that I've ordered it I find it very sketchy!

I used this product with trail packs before finally buying a larger one; This is a good conditioning and moisturizing hair mask but the only issue I had was that the product didn't have a seal in the container that was supposed to be there! This really disappointed me as the product appears to have been used and consumed a decent amount even before it got to me!

I love these products. The hair feels like silk after use. However, the pumps could be improved. The pump dispenses a VERY small amount of product when squeezed and you have to pump multiple times to get enough. It seems like a very small thing but you will know it when you get this product and it takes you 15 pumps to get enough product to actually wash and condition your hair.
