do what i want

I use L-lysine to prevent and/or fight herpes. Before taking L-lysine I had herpes 5-6 times a year. Each eruption lasted about 10-12 days. Since I rarely use L-lysine, I get herpes. When I use it and feel a tingling sensation on my lips, I start taking L-lysine. Three tablets per day for 2 days, then reduce the number of tablets by one each day. Most often, herpes is NOT fully developed. When it develops, it only lasts 3-4 days. I'm happy with how it's helping me.
