Unfortunately I have to give this bad rating for a listed product. The product itself was as described except the most important part of the product was the wheel lock tool which was not in 'new' condition, it was clearly used and broken. This was a big problem when my mechanic pointed it out to me as my car was on a lift with all new wheels and tires. Well, maybe it's partly my fault for not checking the packaging carefully, but the inner box of the packaging was sealed, but there were wheel eyelets in the bag and the wheel eyelet fixing tool was snapped. It is evident that someone used the item, damaged/cut off an important part of the instrument and retuned it. If you pay about $150 for an important car accessory, there must be better quality control and inspection process to avoid this situation for customers. I've attached a few photos of the items and you can clearly see the blackened scratches and wear on the 'new' wrench tool compared to the regular lug nut tool from the same box with the same wear as installed. non-blocking grommets on my car. I have also included photos to show the inside of the key tool which was cut and damaged and the condition of the open packaging which was shown to me by my mechanic when I inspected it.
