Stops working after 2 months

I really liked this product after the first installation. Excellent image quality and user-friendly interface. I like that it was very convenient to record with the device on. After about 2 months the camera became unreliable and didn't show any video. Sometimes I could get it working again by disconnecting and reconnecting the camera head unit. I reformatted the SD card and uninstalled and reinstalled the HD DVR app. I contacted support and they said to try another SD card. I did, same behavior. After that I contacted support again and got no response. I do not recommend this product.
