It's also a bit tedious to clean
So far I've only used this item to store the remains of a milk carton so I could squeeze the air out and not worry that the mild would spoil too soon. It does work, but it's a bit tricky to squeeze out all the air and not spill some milk. It's also a bit tedious to clean, but still worth the cost and the effort.

- The Nalgene Canteen makes it easy to track your water intake throughout the day
Cons
- Can retain heat in warm weather and cause water to become warm more quickly
