Works great! I haven't been driving much lately, so I found my car battery was dying between rides. This makes it convenient to just pop open the lid and plug it in to keep it fully charged. Apparently my battery was also slightly sulfated and this charger's auto desulfation mode took care of that. I've been checking my battery regularly with a meter and now that it's hardened, day after day the voltage doesn't drop as quickly as it used to. I dropped the star because the installation is an adventure and you'll need some zip ties (not included) to keep the wires from dangling and maybe extension cords for the battery wires. But finding your mount is worth the effort because it makes life so much easier, just unplug and go.
