My search for a reliable online retailer that stocked a comprehensive selection of musical instruments and accessories resulted in the discovery of JYX, which catered to customers from all over the world. My interactions with JYX, on the other hand, were anything but satisfying. The shipping was both expensive and slow, and the customs fees were not explicitly stated during the checkout process, which resulted in additional charges that were unexpected. The customer support department was not helpful in addressing these issues, and the fact that there were language barriers made the situation even more difficult. The quality of the products was also questionable, as some of the things that were shipped were damaged upon arrival or did not function appropriately.
