Review on ARCTIC Freezer 34 eSports Tower CPU Cooler with BioniX P-series Case Fan - Intel and AMD Socket - Grey by Roosevelt Weaver

First of all, the cooler is great, but the included fan makes a terrible noise at temperatures above 80%. Strong whistling and vibration. I filled out a ticket with Arctic Support and 3 days later they told me they would replace the fan. Ok no problem, I have replied to them with the requested information. 10 days pass and they close the application with no response and let me know if they have sent the fan or will do so at all. I then reopened the ticket and asked if what I had provided was enough and if they would send a new fan. It's been a week and nothing from them. I also have two Arctic 140mm fans and one of them started making a lot of noise. I will never buy anything from Arctic again with the response times and issues I've had. Edit 1: I ordered a replacement through Revain (because Arctic takes so long) and the second one arrived on 04/03/2020. Second, the fan isn't as loud, but it still emits a loud whistle at certain speeds. I think I will only send this cooler back because the fan is so noisy. The cooler itself is great, just beware of the included fans.
