We've had a countertop water filter for a long time and I couldn't find a filter that didn't leave a bad taste or remove fluoride until I finally found one. The instructions are a bit confusing as they tell you to install the filter one way and the arrow is pointing the opposite direction. I contacted the company and they told me how to install it according to the instructions. I flushed everything including the housing, the outside of the filter and anywhere water might leak, then installed the filter and let it run for 20 minutes as the person in the chat said. This has been great tasting water so far and I'm glad I finally found it.
