The best thing that I like about collective so far has been their support staff - they are always willing t listen when you have questions or concerns! They do not treat customers as just another "user" of an application but instead take us at our word (which we appreciate) if need be with serious issues which can arise during implementation process; however nothing major thusfar yet- very pleased overall!! Nothing really bad other than it being relatively new software for companies who don't typically use CRM's etc.- great transition between traditional way vs digital ways/platforms where appropriate- love having all information centralized rather then scattered throughout different applications / platforms.
