I like my whiskey "clean”. I read about these glasses in an article and decided to give me and my brother a present for the holidays. I don't know if this is my imagination or if the promotional stuff is real, but I find it enhances the smell of the drink without burning your nose with alcohol. Drinking whiskey from the bottom shelf saves you money. This glass doesn't make bad whiskey better. However if you like higher quality whiskey I think you will enjoy this experience. I always have about six different whiskeys in my cupboard. These scores make it easier to assess differences. Not about glass, just advice. If you really want to enjoy your favorite whiskey, do a Kentucky Sweep first. Take a small sip and rinse your mouth, tongue, gums, etc. like a mouthwash. Now drink whiskey as usual. By customizing your mouth, you'll experience more flavor and fewer burns. (You'll smell more with a glass of Neat!)
