My favorite vegetable cutter. Already owned one and bought another for our second home. It is very sharp and removes a very thin layer of peel/skin when peeling vegetables. The only downside is that the tip isn't sharp enough to remove eyes from potatoes when peeling. Very convenient to hold, grip, use.
