The product works as advertised. It's very intuitive. Mounting on the wall is easy. The kit comes with wall anchors, but I used my own because I wanted to make sure the anchors were strong enough to hold the weight. If you can mount into the studs, that would be better.You need a hex allen wrench to tighten the bolts on the rack. I don't know if I have a poor quality wrench or if the bolts are poor quality. That's where the problem occurred. It was tough to tighten the bolts and, in one instance, I stripped the bolt.
