The product works as advertised. It's very intuitive. Mounting on the wall is easy. The kit comes with wall anchors, but I used my own because I wanted to make sure the anchors were strong enough to hold the weight. If you can mount into the studs, that would be better.You need a hex allen wrench to tighten the bolts on the rack. I don't know if I have a poor quality wrench or if the bolts are poor quality. Does an excellent job of holding your bike. Have a 38lb ebike and it easily holds it. Mounted it to a wall stud using three 2-1/2 inch decking screws (angle the two top ones inward as the holes will be barely inside each edge of the stud and this will assure full engagement of the threads).

Works as expected. Not too difficult to mount rack to the wall, used a piece of 1x4 and mounted it to the stud in the wall then mounted the rack to the 1x4. Did add lock washers and replaced the cheep plastic ones that came with the rack. Looks and feels sturdy. Saves space on the garage floor.

I commented that this product is easy to install.this is assuming you have basic skills. A drill is necessary, and an allen wrench.The product is sturdy and easily adjustable to suit any bike.

The screw mounts that came with it are useless.I found some stronger screws & just screwed it into the studs & it works great.
