I'm a bit surprised by the negative reviews - we only had one small issue where the Ace 2 got notifications when I received a text or call. This was easily fixed by removing the Ace 2 from the Bluetooth devices list, exiting the app, re-entering the app and adding the Ace 2 back to the Bluetooth devices list. The more you use it (i.e. touching the screen, using other functions, etc.), the faster it needs to be charged. Our battery lasts for several days on a single charge - it can last a week, but we don't let the battery drain too much. My kid has been wearing it for a month now and we haven't had any issues with the strap (other than the free end slipping out of the rectangular portion) or the device slipping out of the strap even with a lot of activity. Love that it's waterproof!
