👧 Fitbit Ace 2 Activity Tracker: Count on a Healthy Future for Kids Review

Broke after less than 2 months of regular use. The strap fell apart when my child was playing on the bike outside. I was very upset that I now have to buy her a replacement band to continue using it.

good activity tracker for kids. It was worth the wait and the interface is very kid-friendly. We'll see how well it holds up (especially the cheap strap), but so far so good.

I have a Fitbit for me and my kid, but the app is junk and I can't install Lift My Fitbit for kids , as you need to switch to "Kids View" to customize. However, you are stuck in an endless "spin" loop in the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and contacted Fit-Bit support to be told that this is a known issue and will be fixed once fixed.

I love the product! My 9 year old just got this from me for his birthday BUT like other reviews the strap is already coming off the bumper area around the dash in less than a week :( and it costs $30 to replace! We ordered the Ace 2 for our daughter because of the alarm function. For health reasons, she needs reminders. It was easy to set up and worked beautifully. However, the tape broke after a week of possession. Unfortunately, it seems that the group is not made to withstand every game. I'm a bit surprised by the negative reviews - we only had one small issue where the Ace 2 got notifications when I received a text or call. This was easily fixed by removing the Ace 2 from the Bluetooth devices list, exiting the app, re-entering the app and adding the Ace 2 back to the Bluetooth devices list. The more you use it (i.e. touching the screen, using other functions, etc.), the faster it needs to be charged. Our battery lasts for several days on a single charge - it can last a week…
