I tried this protein powder because it was said to be low in ingredients. I don't like sugary, chalky protein powders, so I'll give it a try. It had sunflower lecithin, which surprised me because it said no fillers, no artificial ingredients, no added sugars, no soy, no gluten. You forgot to mention the bad taste and chalky texture. I threw this powder straight into the trash can. I now use a healthy drink with some monk fruit, but with minimal ingredients and no fillers or lecithin. It tastes good and doesn't smell bad like this Smart 138 egg white protein. I would not recommend this protein powder to any living being.
