What I liked. This was enough to make 2 6" long arrowroots, I just cut them into 4 pieces. Now, what I don't like. The entire pot got hot, including the handles, lid, and lid handle, so you'll have to be very careful. After washing, strange deposits appeared on the pans and spots (see photo) appeared to be oxidized. NOTE. I washed by hand. So the dishwasher didn't have a chance to oxidize it when drying. So I doubt it , maybe after a few uses I'll upgrade and see how far it gets me. For 19€ everything is fine. Upgrade. Love it. as far as washing. The soap we used was eco-friendly and reacted due to the expiry date and had nothing to do with the pot. the stains are gone.
