Review on 🔧 Kenuco 4U Wall Mount Open Frame Steel Network Equipment Rack - 24-Inch Depth - Black - W19'' x D24'' x H'' (DEEP-04U) by Colin Watkins

Based on the product image, this shelf requires 16 studs and locknuts. I only have 8. Worse, at the front left corner of the shelf where the top panel connects to the left mesh mechanism mounting bracket, there are no screw holes in the top panel! Am I missing something or did Kenuco forget this production step and how didn't it get caught? I guess I'll have to drill those four holes myself and find my own nuts and bolts to attach them. Crap.Edit 11/25/2018: After getting 8 more nuts/bolts and drilling the missing holes to complete the build, the shelf is filled with hardware and is very tight to the wall. If it hadn't been defective (missing drill holes) and missing parts, it would have gotten 5 stars.
