Great skates! on Inline & Roller Skating

I used to love skating but I threw my skates away a few years ago. They were heavy and clumsy. These skates are, well, they're not light, but they are more comfortable to handle than the 90's style skates I've had before. These skates are similar to the ones made in the mid 80's when I was a kid with a front stop to save you from falls. They fit my height 7 1/2 feet well although they were too big but not big enough to make a big difference. They come with a great carrying case and I think they are tools to fix the skates although I don't know what they do. The multicolored wheels only light up occasionally, but when they do light up, you feel very cool and 80's style. From a skate perspective, they're pretty smooth, although I was a little worried about falling here and there. This may be better for an intermediate skater than for a complete beginner. They felt very hard in the back and could hurt after riding for hours, but it didn't bother me after riding for a few minutes. Overall I would recommend. It is very funny. If you are sensitive to smells please note that out of the box they have a strong odor which I believe will dissipate over time. Rock.roll.skate.baby!
