Let me start by saying that I LOVE coffee. i love hot i love cold I like it in almost every form. I have antique vacuum coffee makers and possibly other types. I have never owned a French Press Font Maker and was excited to try this device from Boodcook Koffe. This is a very well made maker. Construction quality and finishes are excellent. The fit of the flask and lid is almost perfect. I preheated the pan with hot water. Pour in my coarsely ground coffee. Submerged in hot water. Slightly stirred and pressed. Pretty easy to do. Drank a cup of coffee for my wife and I. It was really good. Very similar to coffee from one of my vacuum coffee makers. Much better than drip coffee makers. The main complaint may be that the pot needs to be cleaned afterwards. What a mess. There could be a better specific cleaning method, but the device didn't come with a manual to explain it. For this reason I can only give 3 stars. If it was easier to clean I would use it all the time. If that's not a problem for you, you'll love this machine.
