I have had Logitech speakers on my PC for years and have never had a problem. I thought I wouldn't have a problem with that either, but unfortunately I was wrong. The lights are neat and you can sync them with other Logitec G hardware for a nice light show. But these are speakers, so the most important thing is the sound. And they have a SERIOUS problem with it. The problem is I can only assume it's a bug, but as I've seen this has been reported since launch, and although a Logitech rep has replied to a post on this and said that he himself dealt with this, this was in 2017 and nothing has improved. The problem is that the volume increases sharply around 14. Also, it's too loud to use. There's nothing wrong with the speakers being too loud, it's just that there's no middle ground due to the volume spike. They are either too quiet or too loud. Worse still, at low volume the bass drowns out everything, even when I turn the volume down. I believe it's just the LGS software to blame here as I've used other LogitechG products and know the software can fail. When I use a 3.5mm plug there is no volume problem. But of course I lose coverage and DTS X support - those are the two main reasons I buy them in the first place.
