Review on Smart watch Samsung Galaxy Watch5 Pro Wi-Fi NFC, black titanium by Jeet Anand ᠌

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Not a good product, sorry to have spent money on it.

The watch, in fact, is not worth its money, since all high-quality materials rest against cheap paint and a simple sensor glass (scratch in the photo). For the first month, a little paint peeled off and a sickly scratch from charging, which I think will quickly spoil the look and worsen the measurements. In general, an ordinary watch that should cost half as much. Well, I had to smoke the fopda manual in order to start this shaitan machine. I would have given it a 4 if they weren't trying to advertise themselves as a premium titanium case and sapphire crystal, since everything else is cheap.

Pros
  • Advantages They look good. Quality materials according to the manufacturer. In fact, the ring around the display will scratch very easily and quickly, so just look at the photo. Quality display. Fast charging. adequate battery. But according to the experience of S3, Samsung can ruin everything with an ate. Large set of functionality. But a lot of things don't work. Comfortable strap, but it takes some getting used to. A very hard latch just can not be opened with your hands, but then everything is easily removed if you pull on the strap.
Cons
  • disadvantages But there are a lot of shortcomings here. They are all connected by Samsung's unwillingness to work with Chinese phones and the lack of compatibility with other phones for a number of functions. Let's look at three options: 1) Samsung phone connects immediately. Samsung Health Monitor (SHM) is installed from a special store, all other applications from google play. All features are available out of the box, including pressure and ECG. 2) Third party phone. SHM is not available because there is no galaxy store. Samsung did this to force them to buy their phone, enthusiasts have of course already hacked the program and written a public one that works for everyone. If you are not ready to manually install the application on your watch and phone, then you can forget about pressure and ECG. Also the galaxy wearable app is crooked and conflicts with old watches. If connection is lost when adding a clock, then the only options are to completely remove all applications and clean up the folders with your hands, or reset the phone. Samsung technical support is useless, because it does not understand anything in programs, and asks to reset everything for any questions, since third-party phones do not advise (the problem is in the software, of course, but they will not say this). 3) Phone Chinese or Huawei. There is already a specific discrimination against Samsung, since the galaxy wearable application has a stub for working with the clock, they will simply report that the phone is not supported. If you don't want to do a bunch of activities then I don't recommend this watch at all. But if you want, you will have to install galaxy wearable and samsung health. Through the second program in the accessories section, click "search for accessories" and through it we add the clock. This will bypass the ingenious stub and allow you to install the clock (Galaxy Watch5 Manager and Wear OS programs will also be installed, which must be given the rights to launch and work in the background, otherwise the clock will not connect). 4) Very poor quality powder paint. With a couple of hooks, the paint peeled off my buttons, now around the display. Cheap!
