Review on GE Appliance Medium Lumens 2 Count Light Bulbs by Dawn Sherman

Misleading advertising The image accompanying this item shows 3 sets of GE branded appliance light bulbs in blister packs which you may find on a retail shelf. I received unpackaged unmarked lightbulbs wrapped in clear plastic wrap. Surprisingly, the bulbs themselves didn't have the usual markings one would expect on a bulb that would indicate manufacturer, wattage, etc.; There were no marks on the glass. Normally, PSI doesn't go into the window when shopping, but maybe I should now. Obviously I'm not the only one having the same experience with these bulbs. Just below the title on this product's product page is a link to the "GE Store": GE Appliance Clear Light Bulb 40W, Bulb Type A15, Medium Cap, 415 Lumens, 2 pcs. boxed (pack of 3) Visit a GE dealer. This gives customers the false impression that they are buying a genuine GE product.
