
Finally no more tedious manual cutting of frozen meat with a chef's knife. Grilled meat, especially lamb, is one of our favorite dishes, and the thinner it is, the tastier. Before we get the car we have to freeze it every time and then thaw it for a while to cut it. This process is quite tedious, as the core is still hard at the beginning and the finished melted meat can no longer be cut nicely at the end. But now just attach it to the car and then move it back and forth. And it's a lot safer than the mechanical cutter that removed the top layer from my thumb.
