Great image quality, good features for my needs (took time to figure them out). The unexpected ability to focus to infinity makes it not only a microscope, but also a telescope (first image)! I used it as a microscope to diagnose a hot end jam on my 3D printer by pointing it up from the hot end build plate with the nozzle removed (last image). Very helpful! A few things worth noting: I am planning on developing a standard ¼" tripod mount so I can use it in telescope mode to monitor my 3D printer over Wi-Fi. I have confirmed that it will work over Wi-Fi with my USB cable works. to power but not to my Mac which turns it into USB mode. It took many hours and support emails to figure out how to share photos and videos in untethered Wi- Fi mode.With my iPhone 6s+ and iPad2 everything worked with the recommended software (DM WiFi) before recording which didn't show up in the DM WiFi capture files.Worked great on my sister's Android phone. I finally found out that DM WiFi doesn't just show objects in its own capture files, it saves them in the iPhone or iPad2 photo library. I found all the test captures! Good to know if you're having similar issues. yard fe that will be fixed. According to tech support, this is not an issue with iPhone 8 and later. Pressing the camera button on Wi-Fi mode gives a different v Normal response (just a slight dimming) on Wi-Fi mode than on my Mac in Photo Booth, where I get a countdown, button color change, and shutter sound. Confusing. I hope to see an instruction manual with more information soon. The lack of a 3rd screw on the tripod to keep the camera level has already been mentioned in other reviews. A standard tripod mount or at least the ability to rotate the camera sideways would be a great addition to a very good tripod. A five star product for the money with good technical support and no flaws I can't get over. .
