I filled the filter completely with freshly ground Starbucks very dark roast espresso beans. I filled it with water and left it in the fridge for 24 hours. At this point I took it out to stir in the filter with a chopstick. I tried the coffee this morning and it's SUPER WATER. Completely tasteless. I'm going back to the French press method. I really thought it would work, but it doesn't. If you like a good strong drink then don't buy this.
