Very soft and warm, but it needs to be hidden from cats!
This cashmere hat replaced my knit hats I used to knit - it even has more thickness over the ear. It's very light and so soft. And I have to be careful the cats don't grab him - the orange one tried to grab him and run away while I was taking pictures! I haven't washed it but plan to use cold water and dry flat. Should not be a problem. Christmas is in full swing (19 days) and can easily be rolled up and stuffed into a stocking.
