Great for any and all organization!
It is very user friendly for our employees to use it everyday as they go about their business in helping us solve problems or resolve issues at any time of day/night from anywhere we are located. There isn't much dislike i can say so far because there has been nothing really bad enough not get over yet! If you have access to computers 24 hours then this program will be perfect for your organization!! We're able to do things like call outs when needed which saves precious minutes off an emergency situation where seconds count.
Pros
- Very easy interface
- Easy accessibility (can just login no matter what device I'm using)
- Can see all previous cases that were called out, even if closed.
- You don’t need multiple logins with other services such "Escape"
- Easily accessible via internet browser without downloading separate software onto work computer.
- Great customer service provided by support staff
- Many features available within system already built into
