Good quality with one caveat

I buy this toner several times a year and most work well and last about as long as OEM toner cartridges. My only real problem is that from time to time we open one of the plastic bags that the cartridges come in and the cartridge spills the toner into the bag so we end up with a mess. I haven't seen where I can buy individual True Image ink cartridges so I have to keep an extra set for all the ink cartridges I have in case we end up with a bad one.
