I liked the volume. But more about the sound. While it's nice and loud, it seems to be missing a headset cord. There are times when the sound comes out and I decide to play with the cable a bit and move it to a position where the sound can finally come out. I'm a little upset about this. I only opened the item today when it was delivered. I understand it has been refurbished but you would think that in detail it still talks about the issues it is having! This way I can save my money and look for another product. On top of that, while chasing the item to get it delivered to me as the delivery was unsuccessful due to the construction site, I went to pick up the item at the nearest post office, but luckily for me, where I was parked, I got $70 . ticket, but if I pay the ticket within 5 days, I only have to pay a penalty of $20. Let's just say this headset caused havoc, no fun. I hope I haven't missed anything. I'm in a hurry to write this and just know if you're reading this. BE CAREFUL WITH RESTORED ITEMS! You should detail the problems with the repaired item if there are still problems. It definitely had issues. I hope to get another headset soon or just get my money back. Although I have a better headset
