Comes with two modules. Not sure why but good deal. Installed on a 2017 Ford CMax 5 bulb high mount stop light. After installation, only one of the 5 5W5 bulbs could work. This is normal if you have a motorcycle with a bulb. I needed all 5 for work. Easy to fix. I bought an ATO 194 with six 3030 chipset 2SMD T10 LED bulbs for $9 with a Revain discount. I made sure the bulbs were installed correctly and as per the instructions for using the LED bulbs, some of the LEDs did not work. Then you need to take out the light, flip it over and put it back in. Simple and everything works great! 4 rapid flashes, then 4 moderate flashes, then steady until you release the brake pedal. I hope that the module will work for a long time! If so, you won't find a better deal.
