Review on Genie ChainGlide Connect Smart Garage Door Opener by Eric Krull

Product did not work. It did not pull the garage door up. Our door is smaller and lighter than the product description claims the door is able to handle. After talking to the genie customer service the service representative asked a few questions and came to the conclusion that the spring from the door must be broken. She told me to contact a professional to get that fixed and was done helping me. Well turns out she was wrong. The spring is just fine! I went and bought a different garage door opener and that one works perfectly fine!We are absolutely disappointed! Horrible service! No help was offered! So basically we spent all that money for nothing and have a piece of trash at home now.
