The microphone is connected to the Phonak ComPilot II and it is important to see that the orange indicator on the Phonak ComPilot II is actually working. As soon as the yellow light comes on, the sound works very well (it doesn't have to be the case for me, for others). ) The only thing I don't like about this mic is that the Phonak ComPilot II plug doesn't lie very quietly and in most cases when the plug is plugged in the orange light doesn't come on and has to be pulled out a bit.
