Review on 🌊 Zoo Med Repti Rapids Waterfall with LED Lighting by Raquel Perkins

Revainrating 1 out of 5

The leak could not be fixed. It's light, not light.

I was determined to get this product working for my son's terrarium but couldn't fix the leaking problem on ours but after 5 days of trying to seal it and then test for leaks we are still leaking. That's all. I give. You won the waterfall. Caulking the LED light might help if water runs down the cord, but it didn't fix our leak. As it turns out, our leak is through the rock material at the front of the falls. I figured this out by placing the waterfall on a paper towel and drawing the base of the waterfall on it so I could see exactly where the leak was coming from with each test. I've tried and tried to seal it, but there are small cracks in the tank that I can't get to, so I have no way of fixing the leak problem. Apart from that, there was another problem that bothered me. In the description and packaging on the box it says LED"lights". My son was so confused when we plugged it in there was only 1 light on it. We tried to find out if the light is missing, but no, it comes with a light. Not sure how it was missed. That little "s" certainly makes a difference to the teen who spends their time and money choosing the perfect waterfall for their pet. only to receive a broken and misadvertised product and a huge disappointment.
