I got my psoas tightened on Friday and after days of debilitating pain and horrible sleep I didn't know what to expect. I have never had a back orthosis or magnetic therapy devices. Once I put it on and carefully tied the knots on my back, I felt so much better! Today is Wednesday, I'm not in pain Hallelujah!
